Dizzy Duck, also known as Gabby, is an anthropomorphic duck and character who appeared in two Looney Tunes theatrical shorts in 1939: It's an Ill Wind and Porky's Hotel. He was created by Ben Hardaway and Cal Dalton. His voice was originated by Ben Hardaway, followed up by Mel Blanc.
Character description
Dizzy is a young duck who wears a sailor hat with a ribbon. In his debut short, he is portrayed as a friend of Porky Pig who, much like the latter, gets clumsy and is as easily scared as him. He also talks in a fast, gabby pace to the point of speaking gibberish at times.
