Dr. Ignatius Q. Hi is a scientist and character from the Merrie Melodies short Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century, who later appeared as a recurring character in the Duck Dodgers animated television series. He is the Secretary of the Stratosphere who appoints Duck Dodgers and Eager Young Space Cadet to various missions. His voice was originated by Mel Blanc.
In the Duck Dodgers TV series, Dr. I.Q. Hi is the Chief Scientist for the Galactic Protectorate, acting as a representative of planet Earth.
