Tiny Toons Looniversity

Elmyra Duff is one of two main antagonists of the Tiny Toon Adventures television series, alongside Montana Max. She animal-obsessed girl who attend as both a student of Acme Looniversity and their school nurse. She is voiced by Cree Summer.

In the Tiny Toons Looniversity reboot, she is works as a photographer instead of a student at Acme Loo.

Character Description

Elmyra is an obsessive girl with a big interest for animals and cute things. She is usually portrayed as a simple-minded child, and is very oblivious of causing great discomfort to any potential pets due to her limited knowledge in pet care. Her misplaced affection towards animals generally results in serious pain, often the point of smothering them with great force or other misguided methods of pet care. She is not much of a traditional antagonist, and is instead more of passive-aggressive character due in part to her stupidity. Her limited knowledge makes her a prime subject of being a less effective enemy of smarter characters like Buster and Babs Bunny, who tend to outsmart her at each turn.

Superficially, Elmyra resembles that of her mentor Elmer Fudd, sharing similar physical attributes and names. However, she is vastly different in her personality and behavior; instead of hunting animals for sport, she takes care of animals against their will.
